Could not have picked a better travel agent!
I highly recommend Brenda to anyone who is looking to travel. I had a destination wedding, and she made things so much easier for me! She exceeded my expectations and ensured my family was well taken care of to the resort and back! She is excellent at communicating and providing all the information needed. I've worked in corporate America for 30+ years with people from all walks of life. Very, very few are as professional, organized, dedicated, knowledgeable, savvy and customer service oriented as Brenda Pretzer; not to mention her extensive travel background and plethora of personal travel experiences. A true pro, through and through. I don't often recommend someone as it can be a reflection of me and if they fall short as a referral, my credibility can be on the line. I would recommend Brenda to anyone -- that is how amazing she is and how much I trust her abilities.

Brenda was so helpful and patient while she planned our first trip to Mexico.
She provided resort options, along with all the necessary details. She was always available to answer questions and was eager to assist. She also shared her own personal travel tips so we were completely prepared before we left.
Brenda is professional, responsive and her passion for travel is obvious as she plans each step of your vacation.
We had such a memorable time in Mexico thanks to her dedication and planning.
I cannot say enough about how great she is and would definitely recommend Brenda Pretzer!
