I am the mother of two young adults, the owner of Tailored Escapes Travel and an experienced Travel Advisor.

From urban locations, to sand and sea, on dry land or underwater exploring reefs, I am happiest when I am traveling.  I have been to Mexico more than 70 times, to most of the Caribbean islands, Central America, Africa and Europe. Next up: South America, including the Inca Trail and Machu Picchu! 

Even though I  travel extensively, I am still in awe of every new experience. I use my passion for new experiences and my knowledge of world wide destinations, to consult, curate and customize travel itineraries. BEACHES Resorts: Family-Friendly Caribbean

Beaches Negril Waterpark

Hello, my name is Brenda Pretzer Thielen, and I am a travel advisor that has spent  over 30 years traveling to the Caribbean. My motivation for becoming a travel advisor was to share my passion, experience, and knowledge with others. 

I just returned from Beaches Negril in Jamaica. It is a luxury, family, all inclusive resort on a stunning white sand beach with calm water. To top it off, it has one of the best water parks and lazy rivers that I have ever seen at a resort! I saw so many smiles at the water park and on the beach! Happy kids = Happy parents! 

There are currently only 3 Beaches Resorts, Beaches Negril, Beaches Ocho Rios and Beaches Turks and Caicos. They all sit on pristine white sand beaches and have every amenity your family will need to relax and bring everyone closer together.

The newest Beaches Resort will be Beaches Saint Vincent and the Grenadines and Beaches Runaway bay. Stay tuned for a grand opening and booking dates! 

A unique feature of the Beaches brand is that is the first resort company in the world to complete the IBCCES training and Autism Certification. 

There are so many amazing resorts to choose from in the Caribbean, but I always recommend the brands that I have personally experienced and trust that I can recommend.
